  • Start taking folic acid (consult with your doctor) to support early fetal development and prevent neural tube defects.

 

 

3. Adopt Healthy Habits

 

  • Limit or stop smoking, alcohol, and caffeine.

  • Eat a balanced diet rich in leafy greens, whole grains, lean protein, and healthy fats.

 

 

4. Hydrate and Rest
