About Course

This parenting program is designed to support parents of young adults (ages 21–22) as they navigate the unique challenges of this transitional life stage. Through guided weekly hands-on activities, and real-life scenarios, parents will gain practical tools to improve communication, set healthy boundaries, and support their child’s independence without losing connection. The program fosters emotional awareness, mental health literacy, and understanding of generational differences, helping parents shift from a directive role to a more supportive, mentoring approach. By the end of the program, participants will feel more confident, connected, and prepared to build a respectful, resilient relationship with their young adult children.

Duration: 14 weeks (10 minutes/day)
